What is an AI-moderated interview?
An AI-moderated interview is a one-on-one qualitative session run by an AI moderator instead of a human one. In CondUX, the consumer-insights platform built by the team behind L&E Research, that moderator is Rylie: you write the discussion guide, she conducts the conversation, asks follow-ups, and tags the key moments. Sessions run in parallel, so depth stops competing with sample size.
How does it work?
You write a discussion guide the way you always have: the questions that matter, in the order they matter. Rylie takes it from there. She opens the session, works through the guide, and probes when an answer runs thin.
Every session comes back transcribed, tagged, and cited. You read the moments, not the recordings.
How is it different from a survey open end?
A survey open end asks once and takes what it gets. An interview notices what the answer left out, and asks about that.
